Executive Summary
PublicSquare has expanded the distribution of PSQ Payments through an integration with LendSuite Software, making its payment-processing services available to nearly 150 lenders operating across LendSuite’s Infinity Software, Tekambi, and EPIC Loan Systems. Eligible lenders will be able to select PSQ Payments for card, ACH, RTP, FedNow, and Push to Card processing directly within their existing loan management systems.
Announcement Overview
The integration adds PSQ Payments to LendSuite’s Premier Marketplace for Lenders, giving participating lenders another processor option within the software infrastructure they already use to operate their businesses. Integration Makes PSQ Payments Available to Lenders on LendSuite Platforms
PSQ Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PSQH), operating as PublicSquare, announced an integration with LendSuite Software that will make PSQ Payments available as a payment-processing option for nearly 150 lenders within LendSuite’s ecosystem.
The integration covers LendSuite’s three lending technology platforms:
- Infinity Software
- Tekambi
- EPIC Loan Systems
Lenders using these platforms will be able to select PSQ Payments for several payment methods directly within the loan management environments they already use.
Supported processing capabilities include:
- Card processing
- ACH processing
- Real-Time Payments (RTP)
- FedNow
- Push to Card
PSQ Payments will also be listed within LendSuite’s Premier Marketplace for Lenders, where lenders can evaluate and select their preferred processing provider.
Distribution through an installed base
The LendSuite integration introduces a distribution model for PSQ Payments based on an existing software ecosystem rather than relying exclusively on direct merchant acquisition.
Historically, PublicSquare said direct sales have been an important source of merchant acquisition for PSQ Payments. Through the new relationship, lenders using LendSuite platforms can access PSQ Payments through the software infrastructure already embedded in their operations.
The integration is designed to allow participating lenders to access the payment-processing option without requiring:
- A new gateway
- Changes to servicing software
- A separate deployment process
- Separate gateway agreements
The arrangement also places PSQ Payments within the operational environment where lenders manage their loan portfolios and evaluate available processing options.
Dusty Wunderlich, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PublicSquare, said:
“Consumer lenders deserve genuine choices when selecting the processing partners that power their daily operations.”
Wunderlich also said the integration allows PublicSquare to reach lenders across LendSuite’s platforms through a single software relationship rather than selling to individual merchants separately.
He added:
“We are actively seeking additional strategic partnerships like this.”
Michael Morales, Director of Business Development at LendSuite Software, said:
“Lenders on our platform require reliable, flexible processing options that hold up under the daily operational demands of servicing a loan portfolio.”
Morales said the native integration is intended to simplify the process of evaluating payment solutions by reducing technical implementation requirements.
Underwriting consumer lenders
PublicSquare positioned the integration within its broader focus on consumer lenders and other regulated sectors.
The company stated that consumer lenders can encounter challenges when seeking or maintaining payment-processing relationships, with processor decisions sometimes influenced by broad industry classifications rather than an individual lender’s compliance history or loss record.
PSQ Payments said its underwriting capabilities are designed to support regulated industries, with risk management and compliance functions forming part of its operating model.
PublicSquare also operates the Credova consumer financing platform, giving the company experience operating under the same regulatory framework applicable to the clients it supports, according to the announcement.
Availability
The PSQ Payments and LendSuite integration is scheduled to go live in September 2026.
Once available, lenders operating on Infinity Software, Tekambi, or EPIC Loan Systems will be able to select PSQ Payments for the supported payment-processing services through their existing LendSuite environment.
